Senior Front-End Software Engineer (Remote | PST Hours) (Banff)

Jyothi Technologies Inc. is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer (7+ years experience) for one of our enterprise clients in Canada. This is a remote-first opportunity, aligned to Pacific Time (PST) hours, starting as a 6-month T4 contract with potential extension based on project requirements and performance. What you’ll do - Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies - Build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces and secure RESTful APIs - Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions - Contribute to system architecture, code reviews, and technical design discussions - Implement best practices around performance optimization, security, and maintainability - Participate in Agile ceremonies and CI/CD-driven development workflows What we’re looking for - 7+ years of Full Stack development experience - Strong hands-on expertise in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, .NET Core, or Node.js - Experience building and consuming REST APIs - Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases - Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies - Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms (Azure/GCP), and modern development workflows - Robust problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills Nice to have - Experience with microservices architecture - Exposure to cloud-native development and containerization - Experience with automated testing frameworks and TDD practices - Financial services or enterprise application experience Contract details - Employment Type: T4 Contract - Initial Duration: 6 Months - Work Model: Remote-first (PST hours preferred) What we offer - Competitive compensation - Opportunity to work on impactful enterprise projects - Collaborative and supportive engineering culture - Potential for long-term engagement/extensions ????
