We are seeking a friendly and reliable Front Desk Representative to provide excellent guest service and support daily front desk operations. This role is key to ensuring a smooth and positive experience for guests from arrival to departure. Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Front Desk Representative. The individual will handle receptionist duties, manage incoming phone calls, assist customers with inquiries and reservations, and ensure superior customer service. The role requires effective communication with guests and team members to create a positive experience for all stakeholders. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide a qualified check-in and check-out experience Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, and via email Address guest concerns or issues in a timely and solution-focused manner Process payments and maintain accurate records Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness Provide information on property services, amenities, and local attractions Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving skills with a calm and professional approach Basic computer skills; experience with reservation systems is an asset Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Skills Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude Robust attention to detail Good time management and organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure Team-oriented and reliable Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o7ap8
