Enhance customer relations as a Client Service Representative at CIBC. Engage with clients to address banking needs and connect them with appropriate team members for support. In this on-site full time role within CIBC's Personal and Business Banking Team, you’ll be a fundamental part of client interactions. Utilize your knowledge of financial services to assist clients with transactions, answer inquiries, and guide them towards their financial goals. Flexibility is essential, as you may work across multiple banking centers during banking hours, including weekends and evenings.
