From the doorway, you can see the mountains :-) it is a quiet cul-de-sac :-) perfect if you just want to study, or if you prefer your privacy :-) there's a parking stall located on the driveway. And you have your own trash bins. There is a large storage closet underneath the stairs for your use. You also have your own laundry room. A new stacking washer and dryer. A fridge and a stove, dishwasher.. (Microwave can be provided upon request. If you don't have your own.) Rent is $1,800 a month and the landlord pays $50 per month, non cumulative, towards the utilities.  you would be responsible for 30% of the difference over the hundred dollars.
