Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in multiple venues based on business levels: Availability Requirement : To be scheduled, availability must include a minimum of 2 days per week with 8 hours per shift, contingent upon business levels permitting. Preference will be given to those that our available for the full season (May-October 15th).Servers will be required to work in various venues based on business levels. This role is not eligble for Staff Accomodations . Starting Rate:

$17.22 per hour. What you will be doing

Complete Daily Operations (i.e. opening and closing duties, stocking, polishing, cleaning and maintaining walk-ins, fridges and other areas as assigned by the MOD) Meet andgreet guests and coordinate with other colleagues and MOD regarding preferences, allergies and special occasions Have full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methodsMaintain quality and timeliness of service and practice effective up selling and suggestive selling techniques to drive outlet revenue Maintain accurate billing, cash handling and float procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications

Your experience and skills include: Must have Pro-Serve Certification Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Server in a high-volume and fast paced environment required Extensive wine, beer and cocktail knowledge is essential Must be able to carry and serve 3 plates at one time Schedule flexibility, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidaysAdditional Information
