Key Responsibilities:• Facilitate adaptive sports across various settings • Develop personalized lesson plans for participants • Ensure safety protocols are in place and followed • Maintain and log equipment used in lessons • Provide progress updates to families about their participants
Requirements:• First Aid (AED/CPR C) certification needed • Class 5 Driver’s License required • Strong interest in outdoor or adaptive sports • Good interpersonal and time-management skills • Experience with people who have disabilities is a plus
