Administrative Assistant - Invermere We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Invermere.

With nearly 100 years of history, we have grown into Southern Alberta's largest independently owned business advisory and accounting firm, proudly serving six communities, including Invermere, British Columbia.

What You Will Do
Greeting and welcoming clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
Answering phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls as necessary
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Managing appointment schedules and coordinating meeting rooms
Operating office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
Preparation of final year end package for clients
Efiling of tax returns and other filings
Scanning of documents and records
Electronic filing
General administrative functions
What We're Looking For
Demonstrate strong, positive relationships with fellow Team Members and clients
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with computers and experience with MS Word and Excel
