Housekeeper/Front Desk Clerk (Radium Hot Springs)

Optional shared Staff Housing available. Responsibilities: This is a dynamic, multi‑faceted position that keeps you engaged with a variety of tasks throughout the day. The role is never boring and offers opportunities to learn different areas of motel operations. - Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and towels - Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas - Make beds and change linens - Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors - Dust furniture and fixtures - Empty trash and replace garbage bags - Replenish amenities such as toiletries and towels - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor - Adhere to hotel cleaning standards and procedures Front Desk duties include checking in guests, answering phones and communicating with guests on all OTA platforms and email. Qualifications: - Previous experience in housekeeping and/or Front desk Clerk preferred, but not required. - Ability to launder and clean efficiently and effectively - Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Good communication skills to interact with guests and coworkers - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects if necessary Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
