Shape customer success strategies as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Vixxo, enhancing account retention and growth across national accounts.
This role opens the opportunity to lead key customer portfolios while mentoring a team of Customer Success managers. As a hybrid leader, your focus will be on developing executive relationships and expanding service offerings with a keen eye on customer health and satisfaction in the retail and service industry.
Key Responsibilities:• Act as senior point of contact for top national accounts • Foster strong partnerships with Operations and Finance teams • Facilitate strategic business reviews and QBRs • Advocate for customers’ needs to internal teams • Identify and drive growth through effective proposal strategies
Requirements:• Demonstrated experience leading customer success teams • Strong analytical skills to interpret account data • Expertise in managing customer relationships effectively • Ability to influence stakeholders across functions • Skills in coaching and developing team personnel
