What You’ll Be Doing: Demolition, site prep, and clean-up Assist with framing, drywall, flooring, painting, and finishing work Support both renovation and new construction projects Use hand and power tools with confidence and care Work alongside experienced trades and keep projects moving Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized What You Bring: Experience in residential construction and renovations (preferred) Solid work ethic and positive attitude Physically able to handle demanding work Tool knowledge and safety awareness Reliability — you show up and get it done Ability to operate heavy equipment safely on job sites Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices Solid problem-solving skills This position offers an opportunity for skilled professionals to contribute their expertise across multiple facets of construction projects while working in a dynamic environment.
