The property focuses on creating memorable experiences for visitors from around the world. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Banff, AB, for a Front Desk Supervisor. The Front Desk Supervisor will oversee daily operations at the front desk, ensure excellent customer service, and handle guest concerns. Responsibilities include overseeing receptionist duties, training and supervising front desk staff, maintaining phone etiquette standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This leader will uphold operational standards and contribute to creating a positive and efficient setting for guests and team members alike.
