Upsilon Global is partnering with a dynamic mid-size CRO advancing creative Rheumatology and Dermatology programs. The Role We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee global clinical operations across Phase I–III trials. You will move beyond day-to-day delivery into a role that combines ownership, leadership, and visibility, ensuring studies are delivered efficiently while contributing to broader business strategy. Key Responsibilities - Lead global study operations including timelines, budgets, and vendor oversight - Take ownership of operational strategy and execution across multiple programs - Collaborate directly with executive leadership on portfolio and development decisions - Drive cross-functional alignment across clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams - Identify and resolve operational challenges while ensuring delivery to key milestones - Represent the organisation externally with confidence and authority Candidate Profile - 8+ years of Project Management experience within a CRO environment - Strong experience managing global Phase I–III trials - Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams - Experience in Dermatology and Rheumatology - Strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders - Looking to step into a role with greater visibility, ownership, and career progression Additional Strengths - Experience within small to mid-size CRO environments - Exposure to global, multi-region studies - Advanced scientific or life sciences degree preferred Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p0o2z
