Lead and enhance the guest experience at the Alpine Club of Canada as a Hut Operations Manager. This role focuses on operations, compliance, and facility management across diverse backcountry huts. As Hut Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the ACCs backcountry hut network, including Shadow Lake Lodge. This position requires expertise in managing staff, ensuring cleanliness, and developing guest-friendly services. You will be equally effective in an office setting and a remote alpine workplace, providing stewardship and operational excellence.
