Housekeeper/front Desk Clerk Radium Hot Springs

Optional shared Staff Housing available. Responsibilities: This is a dynamic, multi‑faceted position that keeps you engaged with a variety of tasks throughout the day. The role is never boring and offers opportunities to learn different areas of motel operations. Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and towels Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas Make beds and change linens Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors Dust furniture and fixtures Empty trash and replace garbage bags Replenish amenities such as toiletries and towels Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor Adhere to hotel cleaning standards and procedures Front Desk duties include checking in guests, answering phones and communicating with guests on all OTA platforms and email. Qualifications: Previous experience in housekeeping and/or Front desk Clerk preferred, but not required. Ability to launder and clean efficiently and effectively Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks Ability to work independently or as part of a team Valuable communication skills to interact with guests and coworkers Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects if necessary Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
