Take the lead in hospitality training with Pursuit as the Training Manager. Drive the design and execution of effective training initiatives across all our iconic destinations. In this vital role, you will oversee the hospitality training framework, ensuring that teams are empowered to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Collaborate across multiple teams, including Operations and Brand, to connect training with real-world execution. Your focus will be on developing leaders and creating structured development pathways for all levels of staff within the organization.
