Become the welcoming face of St. George’s as our Parish Administrator. This role emphasizes both high-level organization and heartfelt hospitality in a vibrant community setting. As the Parish Administrator, you will serve as the administrative hub of St. George’s, ensuring a positive experience for parishioners and guests alike. Your key duties will include managing communications, organizing church schedules, and maintaining essential records. The role also involves coordinating volunteers and logistics for Sunday services, enriching our community spirit. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the parish inbox and church calendar diligently - Produce weekly bulletins and maintain organized filing systems - Handle all bill payments and bank deposits accurately - Keep attendance and administrative records up to date - Coordinate Sunday logistics and volunteers for coffee hour Requirements: - Exceptional organizational and communication skills - Warm and welcoming demeanor with community engagement - Experience in administrative roles or similar environments - Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively - Willingness to support Banff Food & Friends initiatives Support our mission of hospitality and community in the beautiful Canadian Rockies.
