Strategy & Foresights Advisor – Full‑time (12‑18 month contract, remote friendly) What You'll Be Doing Lead the development, refinement, and communication of enterprise and business unit strategies, translating high‑level objectives into measurable plans. Articulate the organization’s strategy clearly across the enterprise, ensuring shared understanding and alignment. Partner closely with business units and functional teams to align operational plans, initiatives, and resource allocations with strategic priorities. Apply strategic foresight methodologies—environmental scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning—to anticipate future market conditions. Gather and synthesize market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, disruptions, and growth opportunities. Establish metrics and tracking mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and refine strategies based on performance outcomes. Monitor and evaluate enterprise performance, providing actionable insights for improvement. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field (preferred). Solid analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data. 6–8 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, market research, corporate strategy, strategic communications, or a related discipline (required).
