Client Advisor, Personal Insurance, Client Assist Team May 7, 2026 Location: Red Deer, AB, CA Fort McMurray, AB, CA Calgary, AB, CA As part of the Client Assist Team, you will be focused on contacting clients to review their policies, cross selling, and obtaining renewal dates in order to round out their policies. The successful candidate will enjoy building relationships and offering their expertise on products to help clients have the coverage they need. Other duties include upselling of our products and services, generating recent business, facilitating policy changes, claims reporting and advocacy. Location and Status Location: Calgary, Red Deer or Fort McMurray, AB Status: Full-time, permanent Qualifications 2+ years of related experience in the insurance industry with working knowledge of personal lines products and cross-selling. Minimum Level 1 Alberta General Insurance License. Post‑secondary degree, diploma or certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, Risk Management or related discipline, or an equivalent amount of relevant experience in a similar role, is an asset.
