Guest Logistics Coordinator at CMH, Banff

Elevate guest experiences with CMH Heli-Skiing&Summer Adventures as a full-time Guest Logistics Coordinator in Banff, Alberta. Oversee transportation logistics and enhance guest services daily.

This role reports to the Manager of Guest Logistics and focuses on coordinating guest transfers and operational tasks at CMH. With a keen eye for details and adept problem-solving skills, you will ensure seamless transportation and communication. Collaborating with the Guest Services team, you will also enhance guests' experiences through exceptional service and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate all guest exchanges to CMH staging areas • Perform administrative tasks focused on guest transfers • Process communications related to transportation solutions • Help manage the on-coach food and beverage program • Address and resolve guest inquiries seamlessly

Requirements:• Post-secondary education in a related field • 1-2 years experience in an office setting • Class 5 driver’s license; Class 4 preferred • Tour guide or service industry experience desired • Background in high-end customer service preferred
