Managing DVM Role An experienced veterinarian ready to step into leadership while continuing to practice high-quality medicine. You’ll be empowered to shape the direction of the hospital, influence team culture, and make a meaningful impact, both inside the clinic and in the community. You’ll connect with our national network of veterinary leaders, with growth and support tailored to practice leadership.

Associate DVM Role A flexible, part-time position where you’ll find space for meaningful veterinary work alongside a relaxed, mountain-town way of life.

What We’re Offering

Managing DVM: $125,000– $140,000 base salary + monthly production bonuses + quarterly leadership fee + $10,000 signing bonus

Associate DVM: $110,000– $130,000 base salary (pro‑rated for part‑time) + monthly production bonuses + $5,000 signing bonus
