Key Responsibilities:• Lead a maintenance team in daily operations • Respond to maintenance concerns promptly and effectively • Manage contractor and service provider relationships • Implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program • Oversee emergency response situations 24/7

Requirements:• Management experience in hospitality or similar setting • Trade or operational certification preferred • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Experience in health and safety practices • Alberta Driver's License or equivalent required
