Training Manager for Global Hospitality, Banff

Take the lead in hospitality training with Pursuit as the Training Manager. Drive the design and execution of effective training initiatives across all our iconic destinations.

In this vital role, you will oversee the hospitality training framework, ensuring that teams are empowered to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Collaborate across multiple teams, including Operations and Brand, to connect training with real-world execution. Your focus will be on developing leaders and creating structured development pathways for all levels of staff within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead and refine hospitality training initiatives across all lines of business • Design structured development journeys from onboarding to leadership roles • Equip teams with tools to maintain guest-focused cultures • Execute programs that ensure brand integrity and local relevance• Collaborate with teams to bridge training with operational standards

Requirements:• Extensive experience in hospitality training • Proven ability in cross-functional team collaboration • Strong knowledge of brand compliance and QA insights • Competence in data-driven training effectiveness evaluation • Experience managing large-scale training initiatives
