What You’ll Be Doing: - Demolition, site prep, and clean-up - Assist with framing, drywall, flooring, painting, and finishing work - Support both renovation and new construction projects - Use hand and power tools with confidence and care - Work alongside experienced trades and keep projects moving - Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized What You Bring: - Experience in residential construction and renovations (preferred) - Strong work ethic and positive attitude - Physically able to handle demanding work - Tool knowledge and safety awareness - Reliability — you show up and get it done - Ability to operate heavy equipment safely on job sites - Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices - Strong problem-solving skills This position offers an opportunity for skilled professionals to contribute their expertise across multiple facets of construction projects while working in a dynamic environment.
