Role Overview: As a Server Support Specialist, you are the backbone of our dining experience, ensuring seamless service and exceptional hospitality for our guests. This role combines the responsibilities of a food expo, food runner, host, busser, banquet set-up, server, and barback to ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant and events. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a variety of tasks with efficiency, enthusiasm, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The Server Support Specialist must always perform their duties in a friendly and skilled manner, focusing on providing an excellent customer experience to ensure that the customers have an enjoyable dining experience.
