Join Servus Credit Union Canada’s Largest Credit Union! We are hiring for full‑time Universal Financial Associates & Financial Advisors to join our Member Contact Centre. Employment Status: Full‑time, successful candidates must be currently residing in Alberta. This full‑time position expects flexible shifts: the contact centre operates 24 hours, Monday–Sunday, including rotational shifts of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Scheduled hours: 6:00 AM–10:00 PM. Posting closes: Until Filled Reporting to the Team Lead, your primary objective is to develop long‑term relationships with members, build trust, and deliver customized financial solutions. What you’ll be doing Answer member inquiries and provide exceptional member service via inbound calls, emails, chat, SMS, and video calls. Demonstrate excellent sales techniques, strong negotiation skills, and ability to close deals, with a professional telephone manner and strong multitasking abilities. Provide consistently fantastic member experience by adhering to standards and guidelines. Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, matching members with the right products and solutions to enhance their financial fitness. Assist members with technical inquiries or requests related to their online and mobile banking needs (setting passwords, updating member database, security‑related tasks, etc.). Participate in individual, contact centre, and corporate campaigns while adhering to call quality standards. What you bring: To qualify, you need at least 2 years of successful sales experience with measurable targets, preferably in customer service or retail banking, and a high school diploma.
