Registered Nurse Graduate Program Alberta (Sundre)

Begin your career as a Registered Nurse through Albertas Graduate Nurse Transition Pilot Program. This initiative is designed for newly graduated nurses looking to develop their skills with expert support.

Over 12 months, participants will experience two phases: enhanced orientation and independent practice. In Phase 1, you’ll work closely with an experienced Clinical Guide to tailor your learning plan, leading to a seamless transition into Phase 2 where youll practice independently but still receive mentorship. This comprehensive training is crafted to empower you as a healthcare provider.

Requirements: • Completion of an accredited nursing program • Registration eligibility with the CRNA • Current BCLS-HCP certification • Must be a recent graduate within the past year • Review the UNA Letter of Understanding #29 for interviews
