Position Customer Experience Associate – Work Location: Red Deer, Alberta, Canada – Hours: 15 – Pay: $22.00 - $27.21 CAD. Overview At TD Canada Trust, we serve as the frontline of TD Bank, building long‑lasting relationships with customers through a broad range of service transactions and providing information and advice on products and solutions. Our goal is to provide a positive customer experience and promote suitable banking solutions. Responsibilities Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following standard operating procedures, industry regulations and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics. Understand and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions while exercising discretion in confidential matters. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non‑standard activities when necessary. Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes in a timely and accurate manner. Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes. Help build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development. Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on the status of routine activities. Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where opportunities exist to improve and achieve operational excellence. Requirements High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administration, organizational, planning and time‑management skills to work in a rapid‑paced environment. Hands‑on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the internet. A go‑getter who exercises initiative and is accurate and detail oriented while handling multiple tasks and changing priorities. A dynamic communicator with established customer‑experience skills who can communicate calmly, courteously and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to connect with different people and act in a culturally inclusive manner.
