As a Tour Guide in Canadian Rockies, you will be responsible for leading groups of tourists on guided tours, providing them with insights into the local history, culture, and natural surroundings of the National Parks. You will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests throughout the tour.Responsibilities

Safely transport guests between Canmore, Banff, Lake Louise, and Moraine Lake Provide excellent customer service to travelers from around the world Assist guests boarding Ensure vehicle cleanliness and basic daily inspections Follow company schedules and safety procedures Communicate with dispatch and operations team regarding road or traffic conditionsQualifications

Class 4 license is required, or Class 5 holder willing to take Class 4 exam Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and interact with diverse groups of people Excellent public speaking skills to effectively convey information in an engaging manner Knowledgeable about the local area, history, culture, and attractionsCustomer service‑oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor Fluent in English languages Job Details
