Server– Rundle Bar

Starting Rate: $17.22 per hour. Hourly rates increase after six months, yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $18.22. Employment Type: Full‑time, permanent. Start date: June23, commitment until November7. Additional full‑time permanent opportunities discussed in interview.Responsibilities

Complete daily operations: opening/closing duties, stocking, polishing, cleaning and maintaining walk‑ins, fridges and other areas as assigned by MOD. Meet and greet guests and coordinate with other colleagues and MOD regarding preferences, allergies and special occasions. Have full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.Maintain quality and timeliness of service and practice effective upselling and suggestive selling techniques to drive outlet revenue. Maintain accurate billing, cash handling and float procedures. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Must have Pro‑Serve Certification. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Server in a high‑volume and fast‑paced environment. Previous point‑of‑sale system experience required. Extensive wine, beer and cocktail knowledge is essential. Must be able to carry and serve 3 plates at one time.Schedule flexibility, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays. Must be able to lift and carry up to 40+lbs and be able to be on your feet for 8hours or more. Benefits
