We are looking for a detail-oriented Guest Service Agent ready to join our vibrant hotel team. You will engage with guests every day, ensuring their needs are met through attentive service. This role requires clear communication skills and a positive attitude to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:• Always greet guests in a friendly manner • Perform accurate daily check-ins and check-outs • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally • Manage cash float and ensure accurate balances • Provide helpful local recommendations and book activities

Requirements:• Proven experience in Guest Services is preferred • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Fluency in English is essential • Knowledge of the Bow Valley region is advantageous • Must be eligible to start immediately if in the country
