Showcase your service and organization strengths as Event Set‑Up Supervisor, where your attention to detail, safety and quality will help “set the stage” for a successful group functions in our Event space. 27.86 per hour Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. Reporting to the Event Operations Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to: Build daily task lists, motivate your team, and work alongside them to ensure all event deadlines are met. Set up, maintain, and break down banquet rooms efficiently and safely, following event orders as directed. Maintain cleanliness of banquet rooms, hallways, storage, and service areas • Complete office and clerical duties to assist with planning and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. Provide consistent, professional, and friendly service while following all policies, procedures, and safety standards.
