Chiropractic Assistant (East Panorama Ridge)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role provides vital support to chiropractors and therapists, and enhances patient care within a professional medical workplace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong organizational skills, and an interest in the healthcare field. This position offers an opportunity to develop clinical skills and gain valuable experience in patient care. Duties - Greet patients and assist with check-in procedures to ensure a smooth flow of appointments - Prepare treatment rooms by setting up necessary equipment and supplies - Assist chiropractors during patient visits by providing modalities such as cold laser, shockwave and spinal decompression. - Provide patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring comfort throughout visits - Maintain accurate patient records and update charts with relevant information - Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and handling paperwork - Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas in compliance with health standards - Support patients with post-treatment instructions and follow-up care guidance Experience - Previous healthcare facility experience is preferred but not required - Experience in customer service is beneficial This position is essential for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the daily operations of our chiropractic practice.
