Primary duties include operating a welcoming tasting room and retail space, cocktail preparation and service, retail sales, bar prep, cleaning duties, POS system operation, and opening and closing responsibilities including cash handling, tip reporting, and nightly reconciliation. Summary of Responsibilities ... - Act as a customer service expert, sales associate, mixologist/bartender and create exceptional experiences for our customers. - Maintain strong product knowledge, including cocktail menu offerings and ingredients used in all products. - Ensure the bar is fully stocked and prepared to execute cocktail service based on seasonal demand. - Ensure the tasting room is clean, organized, and prepared for daily service. About you ... This is an ideal position for a team player who is positive, energetic, and motivated by working in a customer-focused environment. The best fit for this role will have a genuine interest in mixology and working with local craft spirits. Qualifications and Required Experience ... - 2+ years restaurant and/or bartending experience - Valid AGLC ProServe - Must be available to work evenings and weekends. - Advanced cocktail technique knowledge is an asset. - Strong commitment to customer service. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a energetic team. - Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40lbs.
