Appian Solutions Architect - Remote, Banff

Lead the Appian practice at Cogency Inc. as a Solutions Architect, focusing on pre-sales and delivery. This remote position involves designing enterprise solutions and growing client relationships.

Cogency Inc. is expanding its Appian practice and seeks an experienced architect to drive client engagement. You will manage the entire lifecycle from opportunity identification to delivery leadership, ensuring successful outcomes for enterprise clients. Your key responsibilities will include business development, solution design, and team mentoring to enhance project delivery effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:• Identify and pursue new Appian opportunities across various sectors • Lead client proposals, RFP responses, and solution narratives • Own end-to-end Appian solution architecture and design standards • Mentor a team of Appian developers and analysts for project success• Collaborate with stakeholders on scope management and quality control

Requirements:• 8+ years with Appian, including 3+ as a solution architect • Appian Certified Lead Developer required • Proven pre-sales experience with client-facing proposals • Deep understanding of Appian architecture and integrations • Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders
