AGNORA is currently hiring Production Operators for multiple departments including Cutting, Lamination, and Packing & Shipping. This role supports the effective and precise production of architectural glass products through the operation of machinery, tools, and material handling equipment. Operators play an important role in maintaining production standards, supporting workflow, and contributing to a safe and team-focused environment. What You’ll Do - Operate a variety of equipment, including overhead cranes, hand tools, and power tools used in glass manufacturing processes. - Perform various tasks related to glass production while ensuring quality standards are consistently met. - Follow established production procedures to maintain efficiency, consistency, and product quality. - Adhere to all safety procedures, workplace policies, and PPE requirements to maintain a safe working environment. - Perform routine equipment checks and report mechanical or operational issues to minimize downtime. - Monitor production processes and identify quality or workflow issues as they arise. - Maintain accurate production records, including quantities, materials, and process deviations when required. - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support production goals and improve workflow.
