Cook (Collingwood)

We are looking for a dynamic, individual with a positive outlook. Someone who is task oriented with a good work ethic and a good sense of humour. To join our team at a brand new deli/bakery in downtown Collingwood. We are hoping to connect with a prep cook who has a minimum of 5 years experience in the industry and has excellent references. Tasks include, preperation of meat, vegetables, sauces etcas well as help with ordering and inventory, building sandwiches. Hours would be 8 hours per day , 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday From approx 9am-5pm . We are also looking for a partime individual to help in both the front of the house and the back of house on a part time basis. 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday. . Experience in the hospitality industry a bonus but not a necessary. Job will involve, helping with prep work if needed, helping on the deli counter making sandwiches etc, bussing, serving customers in a fast pace workplace. Knowledge of use of an espresso machine a bonus.
