Assistant General Manager (The Blue Mountains)

Assistant Hospitality Manager We are looking for a strong Assistant Hospitality Manager to join a fast-paced hospitality concept located in Collingwood / Blue Mountain . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in high-energy environments, and is looking to grow long-term within hospitality operations and leadership. We are seeking someone hands-on, reliable, and hospitality-focused who can support daily operations while helping lead and motivate a team during busy service periods. The successful candidate should have previous experience in hospitality, food service, or quick casual operations, along with strong communication and people skills. This position requires someone who can take direction well, adapt quickly, lead by example, and maintain a positive atmosphere for both staff and guests. Responsibilities include: - Supporting day-to-day operations and service flow - Assisting with staff leadership and shift management - Helping maintain hospitality and service standards - Supporting scheduling, training, and team development - Assisting with problem solving during busy service periods - Helping maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards - Leading by example and supporting the team wherever needed Requirements: - Previous hospitality or food service experience - Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset - Strong communication and people skills - Hospitality-focused mindset with a positive attitude - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Reliable transportation to Blue Mountain or ability to walk to the village - Looking for stable, long-term growth within hospitality We are looking for someone energetic, mature-minded, dependable, and eager to grow into a larger leadership role over time Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour Benefits: - Casual dress Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2nxw6v
