Seasonal - Full Time HOURLY WAGE– $20.02 WHAT WILL I BE DOING? The purpose of this role is to follow recipes, chef guidance, SOPs, and safety regulations while ensuring cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the assigned station and kitchen, and delivering high‑quality, properly served food and beverage products.
Follow recipes and instructions to prep and cook meals in large/small quantities.
Understand food sanitation, First in First Out (FIFO) and food storage.
Learn and receive training to develop technique.
Prioritize job duties based on importance.
General knife skills.
WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?
Reliable transportation
1 to 2 years kitchen experience
Team player
Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
