Duties: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist customers with selecting the appropriate car wash package - Perform Regular cleanings of car wash equipment, floors, walls, and parking lot - Operate car wash equipment and machinery - Perform pre-wash inspections to identify any damages or special requirements - Ensure safe operation of car wash equipment - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Knowledge of car wash equipment and procedures is a plus - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience working with hand tools is a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
