Year-Round Golf Maintenance Team Leader, The Blue Mountains

Be a part of Blue Mountain's Golf Maintenance team as a Year-Round Supervisor. This position focuses on maintaining high standards on the course while overseeing winter operations for ice rinks.

In this full-time role, your primary responsibility will be to lead maintenance efforts and ensure that daily course care standards exceed expectations. You'll also oversee staff training and duties, applying your skills in grounds maintenance during all seasons, including diagnosing issues in equipment and managing ice maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead daily maintenance operations and team assignments • Perform grounds keeping tasks including mowing and fertilizing • Identify and solve equipment malfunctions • Oversee winter rink operations, including snow removal • Conduct IPM activities for pest and disease management

Requirements:• Holding a Landscape Exterminator License is essential • Must have reliable transportation • Valid Driver’s License for operational needs
