Key Responsibilities:• Oversee staff assignments and training programs • Manage mowing, bunker upkeep, and fertilization • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and safety queries • Ensure quality rink conditions during winter months • Assist with pest diagnostics and IPM documentation

Requirements:• Required Landscape Exterminator License for application • Reliable transportation for travel between sites • Valid Driver’s License for equipment operation • Strong background in golf course maintenance • Ability to adapt to seasonal changes
