Caradoc Townsend Mutual Insurance Company (CTM) is looking for a dynamic, career-minded individual with a passion for helping people.
The CTM Customer Service Representative is a vital part of our Agency Team, responsible for managing workflows and providing professional service support while working alongside experienced Agents.
Our CSR Team works as a unit and thrives on teamwork, supporting their Agent partners as well as each other. This role also provides an opportunity to build working relationships with the Underwriting Team and learn multiple lines of insurance.
What you will do:
Respond to customer enquiries including policy changes, coverage explanations&recommendations
Complete Personal Lines renewal reviews including generating ITVs
Manage Expiry Lists to ensure all renewal policies are issued
Process and prepare Commercial and Farm Renewal Packages for assigned Agents
Collaborate with Agents regularly, sharing information to further enhance the customer experience
Generate proofs of insurance including Certificates of Insurance, Liability Slips and Binders
Support best practices through clear and concise documentation and by following team workflows&processes
Update claims closing notices in the agency management system
Support our Corporate Services Administration Team when needed
Champion a culture of kindness, diversity, and respect by living the CTM Values
What you will need:
Minimum 1 year of insurance experience
OTL General Agent License or Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario License (RIBO) to be changed to OTL
Valid Ontario Driver’s License
College Diploma in a business subject
Customer Service experience with a passion to provide prompt and professional service
Strong communication and time management skills with a detail-oriented mindset
Familiarity with Applied Epic would be an asset
Ability to work with a team and independently
