The Restaurant General Manager duties include, but are not limited too: Managing the operations of 2 to 4 locations Managing the staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standards Coaching the staff to provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W; brand Monitoring and controlling labor costs and food and waste costs Leading the staff to achieve service times and working as a part of the team Spending reasonable amount of time every shift on the floor supporting and working with employees Ensuring all food safety regulations are followed Hiring, retaining, and terminating employees Ordering and managing inventory Other duties which involve the day to day operation of a fast food restaurant Job Requirements: Some restaurant management experience - two years or more Quick service restaurant experience preferred College or University Education preferred Food handling certificate Access to reliable transportation Ability to work in a fast-paced setting Excellent social skills and love for interacting with other peopleA leader and a team player Basic English language skills What we offer: Full benefits, a excellent bonus program, an opportunity to grow with the company, on-the-job training Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2oop6l
