Boutique Inn Housekeeper (Ravenna)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Boutique Inn Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will ensure our guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a charming boutique setting where attention to detail and exceptional service are valued. Prior experience in hotel or custodial services is preferred, but a strong work ethic and a passion for hospitality are essential. The position involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across guest rooms and common areas, contributing to the overall guest satisfaction. Responsibilities - Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms - Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest needs are met - Perform deep cleaning tasks periodically, including carpet cleaning and upholstery care - Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly - Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management - Follow established safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment - Assist with general custodial duties in public areas of the inn as needed - Adhere to hotel policies regarding guest privacy and confidentiality Requirements - Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments preferred, including hotel or industrial cleaning experience - Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation standards - Ability to work independently and efficiently within scheduled timeframes - Excellent organizational skills and reliability - Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures is a plus - Prior hospitality or custodial experience is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate This role offers an engaging prospect to be part of a welcoming team dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences through meticulous cleanliness and hospitality.
