Landscape Labourer – Construction & Maintenance Retreat Landscape Design Ltd | Collingwood, ON $24–$28/hour Retreat Landscape Design Ltd is looking for a dependable, hardworking Landscape Labourer who takes pride in quality work and wants to be part of a professional team. We build and maintain high-quality outdoor spaces, and we’re looking for someone who shows up with a robust work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working outdoors, works well with others, and wants to grow in the landscape industry. What you’ll do: - Assist with landscape construction and maintenance projects - Support planting, grading, site prep, cleanup, and material handling - Safely use hand tools and power equipment - Help keep job sites clean, organized, and professional - Work alongside crew leaders and teammates to deliver high-quality results What we’re looking for: - Experience in landscaping or construction is preferred - Valid driver’s license is required - Positive attitude and strong work ethic - Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented - Able to handle physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions - Someone who cares about doing the job right and contributing to a strong crew Pay: $24–$28/hour, based on experience If you’re motivated, dependable, and ready to be part of a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and quality workmanship, we’d love to hear from you.
