Job Overview We are seeking friendly and efficient Counter Help to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, and assisting with food and Matcha preparation in a rapid-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service or the food industry, with strong time management and cash handling skills. Responsibilities - Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit - Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards, including coffee drinks if applicable - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards - Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks as needed - Manage multiple responsibilities such as serving customers, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products - Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Qualifications - Previous experience in food service or related industry preferred; barista experience is a plus - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently - Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Reliable with good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude This role is essential to creating a welcoming environment for our customers while ensuring smooth daily operations.
