We are seeking an experiencedSolution Architect (Data Protection & Resiliency)to drive solution design and technical engagements acrossSingapore and the APJ region. This role will serve as atrusted advisor to enterprise customers, leading architecture discussions and designing resilient data protection strategies across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. This role requiresregional travelto support customer engagements, workshops, and project implementations. Key Responsibilities: Leadend-to-end solution architecturefor data protection, backup, and disaster recovery (DR) initiatives Engage customers across Singapore and APJ to understand business and technical requirements, translating them intoscalable, resilient solution designs Design solutions coveringbackup, replication, disaster recovery, cyber resilience, and data governance Conducttechnical workshops, solution presentations, and executive-level engagements Lead and executeProof of Concept (PoC)and technical validations Preparesolution architecture designs, technical proposals, and RFP/RFI responses Provide advisory onbest practices, compliance, and ransomware protection strategies Collaborate with sales, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive deal closure Support implementation and deployment for complex or strategic projects Core Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Based in Singapore, withfluency in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Proven experience as aSolution Architect / Senior Pre-Sales Engineer / Technical Consultant Willingness to travel acrossSingapore and APJ regionfor customer engagements Must-Have Technical Expertise Solid experience indata protection, backup, disaster recovery (DR), and data resiliency architectures Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with leading platforms such as: Veeam Commvault Rubrik Solid understanding of RPO / RTO design and optimization Backup methodologies (full, incremental, differential) Replication, failover, and DR orchestration Cyber resilience and ransomware recovery strategies Infrastructure & Platform Knowledge Virtualization:VMware (vSphere, VCF)or equivalent Operating Systems: Strong hands-on experience inLinux and Windows Databases: Familiarity withOracle, SQL Server, MySQL(backup/recovery concepts) Storage: SAN, NAS, snapshots, and replication technologies Nice-to-Have Experience inhybrid cloud / multi-cloud data protection strategies Knowledge ofbig data platforms (Hadoop, Hive, HDFS) Experience handlingenterprise RFPs and large-scale deployments Relevant certifications (VMware, Cloud, Backup vendors) Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to engage bothtechnical teams and C-level stakeholders Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities High ownership and customer‑centric mindset Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pilxs
