Join ServiceTitan as a Talent Partner, driving full-cycle recruiting for Sales Development roles. Enhance candidate experiences while collaborating with hiring teams in this contingent role. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will manage the recruitment process from sourcing to hire for high-volume sales positions. Your proactive approach will ensure alignment with hiring managers on role requirements and evaluation criteria. You will also implement diversity and inclusion strategies and maintain accurate candidate data throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full-cycle recruiting for Sales Development roles - Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals - Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment alignment - Ensure diversity strategies are included in hiring processes - Track candidate data and requisition status in the ATS Requirements: - 4+ years recruiting in sales or high-volume environments - Experience with up-to-date ATS systems like Workday - Proficient in Google Suite tools - Solid organizational skills for managing priorities - Knowledge of unbiased interview techniques Drive candidate success and collaboration as part of ServiceTitan’s dedicated team.
