Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our agile culinary team. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards Assist in food presentation and plating to ensure visual appeal Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene Support food service operations by timely completing meal preparations during busy hours Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred, especially in food preparation and cooking Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and kitchen equipment operation Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and food industry best practices Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed This position offers an engaging work environment for those passionate about culinary arts and customer service.
