In this role, you will provide consultation and alternative solutions to manufacturing challenges, ensuring adherence to safety standards. Your 5 to 7 years of manufacturing experience, especially in automotive, will help you drive impactful changes, implement safeguard measures, and deliver training on process improvements.
Key Responsibilities: • Consult on material handling and production layouts • Evaluate and implement cost-saving projects • Generate and analyze technical reports and time studies • Ensure team member safety through designed safeguards • Support new model launches and TS requirements
Requirements: • Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering • 5 to 7 years in a manufacturing environment • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities • Proven leadership skills for effective training • Six Sigma knowledge is desired
